Music and Worship
Rehearses on Wednesday evening at 7:15 p.m. Chancel Choir members are adults who lead in worship and provide choral anthems each Sunday morning in the 10:00 a.m. service. The Chancel Choir also performs special works during the Christmas and Easter seasons. All adults are welcome to come and join the Chancel Choir.
Rehearses on Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:15 p.m. Jubilation Ringers is composed of dedicated adults who enjoy ringing handbells together. Every month, the Jubilation Ringers enhance our worship by playing a handbell selection for either the prelude or offertory.
Youth handbell choir rehearses in the handbell room adjacent to the Sanctuary on Sunday afternoons. Youth in seventh grade and above may participate. The Festive Ringers ring in church on third Sundays every month September through May.
Rehearses every Wednesday afternoon from 4:15-5:00 p.m. in the Choir Room. Children ages second through sixth grade are invited to attend. Joy Singers will offer an anthem every second Sunday of the month October through May.
A training choir for handbells, the Joy Ringers practice with Tone Chimes, learning to read notes and learning the correct technique for ringing bells. Children from second grade through sixth grade are invited to participate. Rehearses every Wednesday afternoon from 5 - 5:30 p.m. in the Handbell Room. Joy Ringers will offer music on several occasions for worship service during the school year.
